DOUBLE-SCREW FEEDERS WITH
ANTI CLOGGING DEVICE The 
double-screw feeders with anti clogging device are specifically
designed to convey wet or sticky products at both low and high
volume. The modular construction enables rapid and efficient cleaning. Thanks to a wide range of different profiled screw conveyors, a dosing device may be easily adapted to suit any application. The anti clogging device, placed within the tank, ensures continuous feeding of the screws. The gap between this device and the conveying screws is kept to a minimum to avoid the cavitation. These jointed sections of conveyor are self-cleaning which prevents deposit formation, and allows the tank to be easily emptied. This greatly reduces product change time. Designed and manufactured to last, the
double-screw feeders are maintenance free. The screw conveyors,
the hoppers, the anti clogging devices and all the parts of
the system exposed to product are made from stainless steel
AISI 304 (or AISI 316 on request). The stainless is then polished
to a mirror finish and teflon seals are used throughout. Due to the broad range of conveyors and controls, a system can be tailored to suit any particular requirement. The containment hoppers, also fabricated from stainless steel AISI 304 (AISI 316 on request)are titled to ensure that product flows towards the dosing device. The range also includes stirrers for the hoppers, pneumatic vibrators and fluidisation devices to ensure continuity of flow. |
