SINGLE-SCREW FEEDERS WITHOUT
ANTI CLOGGING DEVICE The  single-screw
feeders without clogging device are specifically designed for
proportioning of smooth products in granular form, non-sticky,
dry and not doughy, for a low, medium and high throughput. The
material to be proportioned, while entering the machine, falls
down onto a turning screw that conveys it to an output duct.Thanks to a wide range of different profiled screw conveyors, a dosing device may be easily adapted to suit any application. Designed and manufactured to last, the
single-screw feeders need easy maintenance. The screw conveyors,
the hoppers and all the parts of the system exposed to product
are made from stainless steel AISI 304 (or AISI 316 on request).
The stainless is then polished to a mirror finish and teflon
seals are used throughout. Due to the broad range of conveyors and controls, a system can be tailored to suit any particular requirement. The containment hoppers, also fabricated from stainless steel AISI 304 (AISI 316 on request)are titled to ensure that product flows towards the dosing device. The range also includes stirrers for the hoppers, pneumatic vibrators and fluidisation devices to ensure continuity of flow. |
