Powder conveyors
, a leading company in the field of conveying, weighting, mixing, and batching powder and granules, introduces a new line of powder conveyors called ITIVACUUM series. The ITIVACUUM is a complete and independent equipment which can be placed directly at the point where it is needed. When the special wide diameter exhaust valve is closed, the suction unit, operated by a pneumatic vacuum pump, creates vacuum (max 8000 H2O) inside the container on which it is assembled. The material enters the container (adjustable by means of a work timer) from the conveyor pipe. When the container is empty, the valve closes and stars the cycle up again. This cycle can be delayed by means of the pause timer.
- The filter is automatycally cleaned after every cycle.
- The level regulator is located on the valve; thus, When the container below is filled, the machine stops and starts up again when the level of the material drops.

  • MATERIALS: the equipment of series is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and upon request, stainless steel AISI 316 or carbon steel.
